Despite its central location, it's in a beautiful very quiet street. The apartment is newly renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for retired couples, executives and professors, or small families. It's on the ground floor in a building of only 2 apartments, with a quaint patio, and located in one of the most exclusive, walk-able and safest colonial neighborhoods in Mexico City. 15 mins walk to Frida Kahlo's house, 2 metro stations, supermarket, shopping mall, movie theaters, etc. The space One bedroom has a queen bed a little higher than normal, that makes it easier to get in and out of it, and it has a private bathroom with a glass door shower. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be turned into a comfortable king size bed, and it has a semi private bath. The mattresses are new and incredibly comfortable. There is a beautiful little patio with a fountain full of plants and table and chairs. We keep the house very clean. We have heaters available for the winter. Guest access There is a roof garden in the building available some months of the year when the owners are away.
