The space Lake Owen is one of the most pristine lakes in the Cable Area. Enjoy the beach, dock with a slip for your boat, and crystal clear waters just a few steps away from your unit. This townhouse condo offers a full kitchen, an open living room dining room concept with a wood-burning fireplace and separate bonus living area. There is a screen porch and a large deck that faces the lake to enjoy the surrounding natural beauty! The unit has 3 bedrooms upstairs all with lake views, and one of the bedrooms has its own full bath. There is another full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. A washer and dryer are located in the unit making a week or more stay a breeze. New carpet and flooring throughout the townhouse. A dock slip is available if you are bringing your boat. Trailer parking is located near by at the tennis courts/dumpster area. There is no Boat Trailer parking at the Condo driveways. Virginia Beach Condos are just minutes from the town of Cable which features many miles of area trails for biking and hiking. Short-day trips include the Duluth Canal Park area, Hayward, the Apostle Islands, and Bayfield. There are also some beautiful waterfalls to check out such as Cooper Falls and Morgan Falls. If you're looking for a great place for summertime fun, a winter getaway or to take in the fall foliage, Virginia Beach #8 is the place to be! Please Note: Rate based on 6 people and this includes Adults and Children. There is a $30.00 charge per person per night, up to a maximum occupancy of 8 people. Towels are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels. There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket, please bring one along with you. Pets are not allowed. A dock slip is available if you are bringing your boat. But the boats must be launched on the north end of Lake Owen at the Boat Launch! The trailers will need to be parked besides the Dumpster in the trailer parking area. There is no Boat Trailer parking at the Condos. Guest access You'll have access to entire townhome and shared access to beach, yard and dock.
