The estate provides ample space for connection, wellness, entertainment and relaxation. The dinning room offers a massive 10 person dinning table, the 2nd floor pool table, smart tv and Sonos sound systems combined provide the ultimate entertaining experience and the lower and roof top decks offer the ambiance to connect and enjoy your vacation time with your guests, family and friends. Other things to note Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, get back 50%. Less than 14 days will not get a refund. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 cars but it is a steep driveway to take note of Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
