Other things to note *PLEASE NOTE the property currently has construction ongoing in the backyard scheduled for completion by end of August. Crews are absent on weekends, holidays, and select days. The entire home is open and available for use still. Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, get back 50%. Less than 14 days will not get a refund. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 cars but it is a steep driveway to take note of Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
