Courtyard + lagoon The rear courtyard includes lush landscaping, seating areas, a saltwater wading lagoon (about 3–3.5 ft deep) and a waterfall. THe patio is yours to enjoy and is private to you and is separated from other seating areas in the courtyard. The Pool area is shared with 2 small rentals at the rear of the property. It’s a peaceful space to relax—but it is not a private pool. Other things to note: The home is on a main road. Most guests find it feels private once inside the fenced areas and while relaxing on the porches/courtyard. Check-in/out timing is firm so we can prepare the home thoroughly for the next guests. This is a quiet, respectful property: no parties and no loud music. Pet policy: Pets are allowed by approval only.
