The Aquamarine Suite -Walk Downtown-40 mins to Ski

Located walking distance from the heart of downtown, our historic avenues home is thoughtfully furnished with the modern traveller in mind. You'll love the feel in our Aquamarine Suite which includes an incredibly comfortable bed and sofa, fast WiFi (@200 Mbps) & a fully stocked kitchen. Staying in our neighborhood, you're only 1 block to a grocery store, local coffee shop, only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, and an easy 10 mins from the SLC airport. The space Our historic avenue's 'Gem House' includes five unique rental units. The Aquamarine Suite is located on the second floor and is unit 5. We implement some norms of a Swedish household: 1) We ask that guests remove their shoes when staying in the apartment (we have a shoe rack beside the door). 2) Our bedding is duvet-style meaning the outer blanket is washed between every stay. Guest access In addition to the Aquamarine Suite, guests can take the stairs down to the shared laundry room.
