THE COMMUNITY: The community offers 2 heated pools, on site restaurant called Twisted Tuna which overlooks one of the community pools and the community Lake. The community also offers a BBQ area at the pool, hot tub and on-site tennis courts. STARTER PACKS: All POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA.
