The space The indoor space is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay: • Minimal layout with large windows, allowing plenty of natural light and stunning views of the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill. • 43" Smart TV with Netflix • Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooking stoves, and a Nespresso Coffee Maker • Ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower, toiletries, and a hairdryer • Air conditioning to ensure a comfortable climate year-round. The Loft is located in a residential building, a few minutes away from the touristic zone & only 300 meters from the subway station. Despite its proximity to the tourist centre, the area retains a local charm and authenticity, offering a true taste of Athens' vibrant urban life. Access on the 5th by elevator & then a few stairs. Other things to note During storms & heavy weather conditions, use of the private jacuzzi is forbidden for safety reasons. Maximum capacity is 2 people. For the cold winter days, it requires around 1:30 hour for the pre-heating before filling the tub. It will be sparkling clean but NOT full upon arrival. Parties, events & commercial photo-shootings are strictly forbidden without prior consent of the Host. There is an outdoor security camera looking at the floor building stairs.
