Our home is located in a calm residential lake community and is best suited for guests looking for a relaxing and respectful atmosphere rather than a party environment. We take pride in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. The first floor features an open-concept layout perfect for gathering together. The newly renovated kitchen opens into the dining and living area, creating an inviting space for meals, games, and relaxing after a day on the lake. The living room includes a Frame TV and sliding doors leading to the wraparound deck overlooking the water. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom with a shower along with crib if needed. Upstairs, the loft includes six twin beds along with an additional bonus living space. This area is stocked with board games and activities, making it a perfect spot for kids or rainy-day fun. Downstairs, the basement level features an additional bedroom, full bathroom, and extra living area. The living space also includes a trundle bed with two twin mattresses for additional sleeping accommodations. Guest access This property is accessible via car. There's lots of space for parking. Other things to note Good to know before booking: This is a relaxed family lake house experience, not a resort-style hotel stay. The property is best for guests who value lake access, outdoor space, kayaking, fires, hot tub time, and a quiet setting. House Rules • No parties, events, large gatherings, or excessive noise at any time. • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors and the peaceful nature of the lake community. • Any disturbance resulting in neighbor complaints, security concerns, or police involvement may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless pre-approved by the host. • Outdoor music and loud outdoor activity must be kept at a respectful volume at all times. Pets: • We are pet friendly; however, larger dogs are limited to one unless otherwise approved in advance. • Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets both inside and outside the property. • Any pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or accidents may result in additional charges.
