The Space: The High Saddle Getaway sleeps eight comfortably with its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room, dining room, outdoor patio, large front porch, four beds, and two couches. The High Saddle Getaway is a private home on more than 80 acres of land in the Sheridan area. A fantastic place to bring the family, friends and even the horses. Outlaws and ranchers used to roam across the beautiful hills that the property now sits on. A great place to truly understand the Wyoming way. The High Saddle Getaway has been tastefully updated to combine Wyoming past with modern comforts! A Deeper Look: Living Room ( Desk, comfy couches, natural light windows) Dining Room (full table with seating for 6 and additional seating available in the kitchen) Kitchen (well stocked including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and coffee) Master Bedroom (King bed, smart TV, dresser storage, large closet, full Bathroom) Second Bedroom (One comfy queen, smart TV, large closet) Third Bedroom( Two comfy twins, large closet) Full Bathroom for shared bedrooms (tub and shower, towels, and toiletries) Guest Access: At this convenient home you will be able to enjoy keyless entry provided, no need to stress about keys! The entry code provided upon check in! ( This is changed remotely so you can rest assured you are in a safe home!) Guest will have access to the entire home and yard around the home! The Neighborhood: When we say convenient, we mean it! This private family home is just a five minutes from the very best Sheridan has to offer, while only a short drive to downtown! Downtown you will find great antique stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short distance away. An option for a horse back tour can be made available upon request for a relaxing adventure right there on the property! Red-grade Road is a popular route up the mountain face, open in the spring and summer season although closed to cars in the winter. If you still want to see the mountains but prefer less rugged or are traveling in a 2WD vehicle, head up above Dayton, Wy to find a highway leading right to lake Sibley, Steamboat Rock and much more! Getting Around: Sheridan Wyoming is a perfect sized community. You will find most attractions are under 5 minutes away, some 30-60 minutes, but well worth the scenic drive! There may be an occasional friendly and hard working ranch hand there to help and mind the Wyoming way. This house has been thoroughly disinfected after each guest for your comfort and safety with all CDC recommended guidelines followed strictly. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on-premises. $300 fine for any smoking/vaping on-premises. Please clean up after your Pet. $300 fine for any messes not picked up after. Trailer parking is available. Quiet hours from 10pm – 6am every day Cancellation policy strictly enforced. There is a pet fee of $15 per pet/night. Please do not allow pets on the furniture. Guest will be responsible for any damages and extra cleaning fees. Interaction with Guests: It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows more privacy and convenience.
