Master bedroom has a powder room, adjoining deck and a queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and two single beds, plus a small patio with seating area. Large 55 inch flat screen TV with Foxtel and comfortable modern leather lounges add to the popularity of this house. Nespresso coffee machine, ceiling fans and air conditioning in all areas of the house. Well maintained lawns and gardens add a sense of space to the property which also allow for off street parking. The yard is also fully fenced which is perfect for kids and pets. (Pets welcome outdoors only please). Families and couples are welcome.
