Bathroom 2 has a single vanity and a walk-in shower. It can be used by bedroom 2 guests and act as the general guest bath. The sofa in the living area also pulls out to a queen sofa for the 2 extra guests. LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior) Walk through the custom gated yard into the entry gardens. You have just entered paradise in Cambria. Meander your way up to the French doors either by the staircase or winding stone path. Enjoy the perfectly manicured gardens of native pines, succulents, and green vegetation along the way up. Atop the awning-covered landing you’ve arrived at the outdoor living room and entry into the home. Walk into the large, light-filled great room and be wowed by the expansive open-beam vaulted ceiling. To the left is the living area with a sofa for 2-3 along with two leather recliners. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 55” SmartTV. The TV is equipped with Spectrum basic cable along with Netflix and Hulu.
