HSV is the largest gated community in North America, yet the place still feels like a tight knit community that’s diverse in background but united in living life to the fullest. HSV is home to 9 unique golf courses including one 27-hole golf complex that golf digest has ranked the number 1 course in Arkansas 4 years in a row! It's an ideal place to spend some valuable time with friends and family! Within a 3 minute drive to enjoy Desoto beach to swim. Many restaurants, trails for hiking and a dog park are close by! As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 18 dollars per person per night over 10 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests! ******As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets. We offer at a 10 percent discount for military service and our repeat customers. Due to the health and safety of our daughter and others with medical conditions, please no smoking. We do accept approved dogs, but not cats due to allergies.
