Check-out Policy: All guests must check out by 10:00 AM unless a late check-out has been requested, approved by the host, and paid for in advance. If any guest remains after 10:00 AM without approval: - A $200 fee applies for the first hour (10:00–11:00 AM). - After 11:00 AM, an additional $100 per hour will be charged. Late check-out option: - Must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. - Cost: $40. - New check-out time: 12:30 PM. Any evidence of tampering will result in a $150 fine and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund.
