Two bedroom one bath on Mountain condo The space North Peak 2-305 has two bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full size bed with a single bunk over it. In the living area there is a queen size Murphy bed. This is nice so your extra quests don't need to sleep on a sleep sofa. There is an updated kitchen. Located on the top floor so you don't have anyone over you. North Peak offers an outdoor heated pool. There is also ski lockers for renters use along with coin operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. ~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property for their stay. The only exception would be if an owner has a locked closet or space for their personal items.
