Lora Square is an apartment-style quadruplex with 2 stories, each unit containing 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Units 1 & 2 are on the bottom floor and Units 3 & 4 are on the top floor. There is a main entry door in the front of the building, which enters into a gorgeous lobby, allowing access to all 4 units' front door keyless entrances. Each unit contains 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a sectional couch in the living room. All units are short-term rentals. There is a shared laundry room located in the back with 2 sets of full-size washers and dryers. All outdoor spaces are shared with our guests including a balcony lounge, grilling patio, corn-hole area, and a hammock lounge. Also, plenty of front and backyard space for your fur babies to roam! Have a large group? Rent out multiple units at the same time, allowing for the flexibility of shared spaces with the privacy of individual apartments. Total of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
