Upon entering the home you'll be in a large, open space with the living room attached to the kitchen and dining areas. The living area features comfy furnishings with queen sleeper sofa and a large river rock fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The adjacent dining room seats 10 and is connected to the gorgeous, well-stocked kitchen with granite countertops and amazing views of the Deschutes. On this main level is the king ensuite bedroom with private bath. featuring enhanced accessibility features including a roll in shower and wheel chair accessible sink. A second king bedroom plus a full bathroom with soaking tub and shower is also available. Head upstairs to find bedrooms 3 and 4, a king bedroom and a queen room. There's also a full bathroom on this level with walk-in shower. Outside on the deck is a private hot tub and gas BBQ grill. Head down to the river and this home's private dock to take a dip in the water or watch wildlife or drop in your pole to do a little fishing. The garage holds a full-sized pool table and bikes when you are ready to take a cruise around the neighborhood. ***This home is a part of a separate owner's association.
