It’s the perfect place to experience the mountains while staying 15 minutes from the Deer Valley & Park City ski resorts. During the winter, you can see the ice castles, soak in the geo-thermal baths or dive at the crater across the street at Homestead Resort. Midway’s “Soldier Hollow” was the 2002 Olympic cross country ski event venue where today alpine skiers enjoy dynamic trails & terrain. Soldier Hollow also offers the best downhill snow tubing. They are open day & night throughout the winter season. Midway’s Main Street boasts a charming skating rink, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. This area gives you convenient access to the Park City ski resorts, Deer Valley, and Sundance resort. All are within 20 minutes from the chalet. drive. Along with the world famous ski venues, you may choose from other activities such as horseback sleigh rides, snowmobiling, etc. At the end of January each year you can also screen one of hundreds of films at the Sundance Film Festival.
