Escape to our charming beachside house for an unforgettable winter retreat, perfect for memorable get-togethers 5 miles from Yale, West Rock hiking trails & 75 miles (90 min) from Midtown Manhattan To savor the winter evenings, our private backyard beckons with a fire pit & fire table, perfect for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the sky Sip wine and watch the game on our 75'' TV, while the kids hang out upstairs at a designated play area Our house has 4 bedrooms. One of which, has 4 twin beds The house can easily accommodate 6 adults, 4 kids/teens There's a bathroom on each floor, the downstairs has a walk-in shower and upstairs, a bath. The house has a designated play area with a play tent, smaller TV and beanbags for the kids to hangout and bond. There's also a designated, separated work-from-home desk upstairs if you need to check your emails. Our kitchen is well equipped, has a 5 burner stove and a broil compartment. Although New Haven is famous for its Pizzas, there's a pizza tray if you want to bake your own and a gas grill outside if you feel like BBQing. Love coffee? We provide beans, quality burr grinder, a french press and a pour-over carafe as well as a traditional coffee maker. We just fenced our backyard, pictures coming soon! Guests can access the house & private back yard. There's no access to the unfinished basement and to a storage closet on the 2nd floor. I am happy to help resolve any issue remotely. I won't be available to see you in person. The house is a block from the ocean, West Haven Yacht Club & the public boat ramp. The beach is a 5 min bike/ride away. Zuppardi's Apizza - 3 min away! Ask us for beach parking information Guests can park up to 2 cars in the driveway and there's free parking on the *left* side of the street. Please do not block any driveways.
