4BR Shoreline Getaway: Ideal for Families & Groups

Steps from the Long Island Sound shoreline, our spacious 4-bedroom is built for groups who want the beach by day and a real home to come back to at night. Cook on the 5-burner stove or fire up the grill in our private fenced backyard with a fire pit & table! On rainy days, the 75" TV has you covered and kids have their own hangout zone upstairs with a play tent, beanbags, and their own TV. Located 5 miles from Yale, downtown New Haven and ~90 min drive from Midtown Manhattan The space Our house has 4 bedrooms. One of which, has 4 twin beds. The house can accommodate up to 3 couples (6 adults) and 4 kids/teens. We just fenced our backyard, pictures coming soon! 4 bedrooms across two floors: Ground floor - a king bedroom and a queen bedroom adjacent to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs - a queen bedroom and a room with 4 twin beds - perfect for kids/teens or adults :) Upstairs bathroom has a bathtub Washer/dryer is located in the basement Our kitchen is fully stocked: 5-burner stove with broiler, pizza tray for homemade pies (this is New Haven, after all..), and a serious coffee setup with fresh beans, burr grinder, French press, pour-over carafe, and a traditional drip maker. There's a dedicated work-from-home desk upstairs with strong wifi if you need to get things done. Guest access Full access to the house and private fenced backyard. On-demand access to the basement for laundry. One storage closet on the 2nd floor is off-limits unfortunately :) Other things to note Please read the house rules before booking and share them with your group
