Great Central Location: Our 2 Bedroom (queen bed in each) / 1 Bath Guest House is located in the heart of East Sacramento, walking distance from Mercy Hospital, McKinley Park, as well as numerous coffee houses, restaurants, and bars. The space The Guest House has fast wireless internet, the 55” TV in the living room has basic cable as well as access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Both bedrooms include a queen bed. One of the bedrooms has a large desk including a computer with dual monitors for your home office needs during your stay. The kitchen has pots, pans, dinnerware, etc. Laundry detergent for the steam washer and dryer is included. Sheets, towels, and hand and dish soap are also provided. The Guest House has two attached decks, one at the entry to the Guest House and one off of the kitchen looking out on the backyard. Both decks offer a table for two to enjoy meals or a beverage outside. A sun sail provides extra shade for the front patio during the summer. The backyard also has an additional table and sitting areas as well as a large umbrella to provide additional shade. The Guest House is approximately 650 sq.ft., but feels much larger as it is well designed. Guest access The Guest House is 100% private. The decks attached to the Guest House are for the exclusive use by our guests. The backyard is shared with our house, but we use it infrequently. Registration Details 00580P
