Partially renovated, large house and property, ideal for families looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. Lovely bordering neighbours so no parties or excessive noise permitted thanks. Activities on the property include a skate ramp, basketball court, trampoline, table tennis and huge lawn for summer sports. BYO linen but towels provided. Enjoy evenings on the deck, cook on the bbq or in the modern kitchen and wake up to birds and the sun pouring into bedrooms and living areas. The space Two story home, spacious living areas on hardwood floors. A wide deck surrounds the living area and overlooks the expansive rolling lawn. Guest access Whole property and entire house. Other things to note Please note that linen must be provided by the guest unless arranged prior to booking for an additional fee. The skate ramp is there to be used but we can't take any responsibility for injuries sorry. We also ask that no scooters are to be used on the ramp due to possible damage. Even though the property is large, we do still have neighbours so please be respectful with noise levels. The house is on rainwater tanks. Water is filtered and UV treated. The septic tank system means common sense required and only toilet paper flushed please.
