This charming historic 100+ year old miner's cottage has been lovingly restored with modern farmhouse chic. The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver. The space The house has two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The master has a shower and the queen has a tub. The beds have comfy memory foam feather free mattresses. The small but well equipped kitchen, complete with fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, gas stove and oven has plenty of space to cook meals during your stay. The kitchen counter seats 4. There is a comfy couch in the living room and a mounted smart tv with access to Youtube TV. We are happy to provide a pack and play and high chair. Both are available upon request. Guest access The house and front porch are private! The house next door (722) share a part of the back yard. There is a private dining area out back too! The houses are rather close by so you may meet them during your stay! They’re renting too!
