We are on the corner next to Paseo Playas Avenue. The space It is a 1-level house, it has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own closet and curtains. You will find a clean and enjoyable space during your stay. In the kitchen you can find the necessary utensils to cook, prepare a tea or coffee. The garden is small and is a project in progress. Guest access The property is composed of a duplex, house A and B and each one has a separate space, it even has each 3 private parking areas and a gate although the area is quite safe. Other things to note The property is located on the corner of Calle Paris and Paseo Ensenada , in the blue coast section of Tijuana beaches. Quiet residential area with proximity to several shops because it is in front of an avenue, where there are restaurants, pharmacies, doctors and convenience stores. A 5-minute walk from the sea, you can use the house to rest or work remotely, or just passing through because there are beautiful routes south of Baja and North in San Diego California .
