Guest max occupancy is 16 Additional Daily rate for pool heating - The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures for an additional fee. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. Pool temperatures are set for the 87 degrees, but as the temperatures drop, so do the pool temperatures. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily. *If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund. EVENTS: - This property does not currently accommodate special events. i.e. Corporate events, holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc. For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the same as traditional dwelling units and are allowed by-right in all residential districts, subject to the following: • All Dwelling units and any accessory guest houses must be rented or offered for rent together, and may not be rented or offered for rent independently. • All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short Term Rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). • Non-residential uses, including retail, restaurant, banquet space, event center, or other similar use is prohibited.
