The attractive second floor apartment has been recently redecorated and furnished and makes a perfect base for visitors to Edinburgh. The space The characteristic alleyways of the area also house a fantastic selection of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants. The front door of the apartment opens into a bright hall way, on the right is a very spacious living/dining room with a large bow window overlooking the square. Seating is grouped round the old fireplace and furnished with a comfortable sofa and leather sofa bed, for flexibility of sleeping arrangements. There is a large modern dining table and plenty of seating should you wish to eat at home. The small kitchen is located off the living room and is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and plenty of glass ware, china, cutlery and cookware. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two bed side tables and lamps and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds, bed side tables, and a wardrobe. A family bathroom with bath and shower over, a toilet and wash hand basin completes the accommodation. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.
