Attic apartment with large balcony and views of Lake Harkort The space The apartment on the 2nd floor of our three-family house has an area of 78 m² and is ideal for a stay of 2 to 4 people. It has a large living-dining room with kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, hallway, bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Access to the third bedroom with single bed is located in one of the other two bedrooms. On request, the apartment can therefore also be occupied by 5 people. Two 32" satellite TVs and a small stereo system with CD player are available. From the large south balcony (roof terrace), you have a wonderful view over the Ruhr Valley towards Hagen. Guest access Bicycles can be parked in the lockable garden house on the premises. An outlet for charging e-bikes is also available there. Other things to note Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. A foldable baby travel bed and/or a Tripp Trapp chair (without brackets) can be provided upon request.
