Well located, this property is rurally located but only 5 minutes to the A55 & 10 minutes to nearby villages. The space With your own private entranceway, the annex is on the first floor of an annex next to the main house. Upon entering, the hallway has plenty of space to leave any walking gear or coats, as well as anything your furry friend might need with them! Up the stairs you are greeted with a large window overlooking the surrounding countryside, and the super comfy kingsize bed with luxury bed linen. A skylight above the bed makes for great stargazing in the evenings. The room is complete with a smart TV, an armchair and a comfy corner sofa, as well as a small kitchenette and dining table. To the rear of the room you have a spacious en-suite shower room, views from the skylight and is beautifully finished. This property is run using solar energy and rainwater harvesting, so you can also feel great about your smaller carbon footprint for your trip! This well located property has a high standard throughout, and has everything you'll need for your stay. Guest access Parking is directly in front of The Annex. The owners live next door in The Barn however will leave you to enjoy your break. The property is managed by The Clean Cottage Co who will be your point of contact during your stay. Other things to note A well behaved dog is welcome but should not be left alone in the property and is to be kept off all furniture - please bring your own dog bed to ensure your pet is comfortable. The owners next door have two friendly dogs so please be mindful of this. Please note this is sheep country so dogs should be kept on a lead.
