Southbank in Rye, East Sussex

Southbank is a 3 bedroom holiday cottage, close to the town centre in Rye, East Sussex. The cottage has a modern, retro beach vibe and is a great base for exploring the surrounding area. On the ground floor, you have a cloakroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan diner/lounge with french doors opening out onto the terrace and tiered garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a modern family bathroom, with a bath and separate shower. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the drive. The space The property is self catering so while we provide a few items for your arrival we do not cater for your whole stay so please expect to top up supplies like toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. Guest access You have access to the whole house Other things to note We will accept one well behaved dog for an additional fee but rules apply. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, upstairs and if used to snoozing on the sofa please bring blankets to protect them. The property is next door to the popular local pub, 'The Globe'. The parking space is suitable for a small/medium car, if you have a larger car you may need to park on the street blocking the driveway.
