The space The loft has been fully renovated with an open-concept design and is fully furnished, blending modern comforts with a nod to the early 1900s. Situated on the TOP FLOOR of the historic McGill Building, constructed in 1911 by Titanic survivor Albert Dick. Albert and his wife Vera were celebrating their honeymoon and were aboard the "unsinkable ship," making them the only couple from Calgary with that incredible story! The bathroom includes all essentials and more — we provide a care basket with toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions, and feminine hygiene products. The living room features a sofa bed, ideal for a small adult or children. Laundry facilities are available within the building. Travelling with infants or small children? Upon request, we can provide a portable crib, high chair, and more. Please note: There are three flights of stairs, so the loft isn’t suitable for guests with mobility limitations.
