Made with couples and single guests in mind...located in the Blue Ridge Mountains and minutes from the heart of Brevard, our studio retreat offers a private entrance from our home, an open floor plan, queen bed, bath and kitchen. Our secluded, wooded setting overlooks the hillside and nearby mountain. Pet fee: $25 per stay per dog. 1 large or two small dogs. No cats. Yard is not fenced. Max stay:7 nights The space The studio is 500 square feet with an open floor plan. There is a locally crafted queen bed, an electric fireplace and a HDTV. Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/ice maker, microwave, 6-quart air fry/grill/bake, hot plates, toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes and silverware. We do not have a standard oven. Starlink high speed wifi streaming services include YouTubeTV, Prime, Paramount +, Peacock, Stars and Roku TV. We provide coffee, assorted teas, sugar and a variety of spices. We are on-site. If there’s anything that you need during your stay, just ask! We are not handicap accessible. There are 3 steps up to your walkway and 3 steps down to your unit. If you have questions before coming, please contact us. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and memorable retreat for you. Pet-friendly for dogs. Sorry no cats or puppies. Pitbulls and shepherds must be leashed. Note: Our water is better than bottled. We have well water that is treated with a high end filtration system. Feel free to drink from the sink! Guest access The outside fire pit is available for you to enjoy. There is a grill attachment for cooking on the fire pit. Please bring your own local firewood. Most grocery stores and some gas stations sell firewood. A charcoal grill is available upon request. Bring charcoal if you prefer rather than wood. Other things to note Pet Friendly: $25 fee per stay per dog to be paid in person if not on website. Sorry, no cats or puppies. We ask that you do not leave your dog alone for more than 3 hours. If you need more than 3 hours, and if we are available, please arrange dog walking with us for $10/walk. Dogs must be fully house trained. Non-aggressive dogs only. Dogs must be social with other dogs. Our dog Charlie will be off-leash. Note: Our yard is not fenced. Also note, a queen air mattress is available upon request.
