Wander down to the river for coffee from Bombora and head to the adjacent playground or club for a round of golf. It's an easy walk to the Wharf, or into Goolwa, or a quick drive (or longer walk) to Goolwa Beach or the Barrage. Perfect for young families or small groups to use as a base while you explore the surrounding seaside towns and wineries. The space The house is casual and relaxed with an open-plan kitchen lounge area and adjacent dining space. There are bifold doors to the outdoor area which has a bbq and a large dining table. The adjacent garden is perfect for your four-legged friends and kids to play, or there is a playground next door. The Master Bedroom with Ensuite and TV is an ideal separate space for grandparents. There are also two Queen size bedrooms and one with a single bed plus and single bunk bed. The house is ready for your stay with linen supplied and beds made, and bath towels and tea towels are provided. There is also a good selection of pantry items, and plenty of books to browse and games to play. Guest access The entire house and garden are available but the garage is locked. Secure Parking is available behind electronic gates for your boats and other vehicles.
