Newly home (completed October 2021) has 3 bedrooms (main on ground floor), 2.5 baths, and is located on a quiet, dead-end street just a half block to the beach, Ohana's high ceilings, open layout, and gas fireplace provide great comfort. Kitchen is well-equipped with all new appliances. The back patio contains a gas BBQ and a firepit table. The entry extends into an open living/kitchen and dining area with high ceilings. 1/2 bath and the utility room are also on the main 1st floor. The main bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath is on the main floor separated from the other bedrooms which are upstairs. Both upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and one has a twin bed as well. A full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo is also upstairs. For those who need to work or take a workcation, a desk that can be automatically raised or lowered to allow standing or sitting with a touch of a button is also located in the front upstairs bedroom. Games and DVD's are located in the living room and a bookcase with free books (you can take it with you if you don't finish it on vacation) is in the front upstairs bedroom. Garage has a variety of beach supplies along with a ping pong table for those who like competition. Ohana is 1/2 block from the Manzanita Beach on a dead end street in a very quiet neighborhood.. Has easy trail to the beach and is also near Nehalem Bay State Park (1/2 mile), Manzanita Golf links (less than 1/2 mile) and "downtown" Manzanita (about a mile) Ohana has 4 parking spots available in the driveway. Street parking adjacent to a rental property is not permitted by the city.
