KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, dinnerware, a wine bottle opener, kids' dinnerware, and more! We want to make sure that if you want to cook a full meal for your loved ones, you can do so with ease from the comfort of your home! The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, and the downstairs bathroom has a stand-up shower! OUTSIDE Enjoy the fresh Colorado air on the back patio with outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and a large fire pit with plenty of seating, all to yourselves! Unwind in the large shared hot tub after a full day of exploring and sightseeing! KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES We understand the challenges of traveling with little ones! A pack 'n play and high chair are provided in the house so you can leave these items at home and enjoy your stay! Guest access You will have access to the entire house and private backyard! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time 😊 Other things to note For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
