We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Nic, this charming flat with a surface of 20 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy a good lunch. The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 13 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a library, board games and a dining area. - A kitchenette equipped with: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) separated from the living room by a curtain. - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A north-west facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - There's no television. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost of 20 € per set, towels 5€ per person, carpets and tea towels 5€/stay (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before your arrival. - The end-of-stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
