If the neighbors complain we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND. - This is a very clean home, please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the home. - Please do not smoke in the property. Any sign of smoking within the property will result in a $1,000 penalty. - We do not allow unverified guest(s) that are not part of the reservation, so only the amount of guest(s) disclosed will be allowed in the property. - Any undisclosed guest will be charged $40 dollar per night, for each additional guest. - We do not allow anyone to receive UPS, Mail, or any packages at our properties.
