The space An impressive entrance hall reveals a large and comfortable living room with kitchen and direct view of the square, two separate sleeping areas, each with a double bedroom and bathroom. And finally, lots of wardrobes and comfort! The suite has been renovated in 2022 with a focus on energy saving: smart thermostatic valves, air conditioning with the state-of-the-art heat pump, low-consumption appliances, full LED lighting, triple-glazed wooden window frames. Environmentally friendly materials have also been chosen: water-based paints and coatings, wood or water-based resin floors. Finally, great attention has been paid to hygiene: suspended sanitary fittings and air conditioning with anti-Covid system.
