Waterfront property with a stunning lake view. A wonderful place to make memories with friends and family. Lower level is the perfect entertainment space with arcade games, pool table, and a sitting area with TV. Dining areas on Upper and Lower levels. Cuddle up in front of one of the three fireplaces. Huge deck with beautiful view of Bair Lake. Property is located inside of Shady Point Campground. The space Primary bedroom has a fireplace. Primary bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi tub/shower combination w/TV. Also has makeup vanity. Glass deck railings for breathtaking lakeview. Granite countertops in primary bathroom and kitchen. Bluetooth speakers in bathroom ceiling. Bottom level has bluetooth sobro smart coffee table with fridge. Guest access There will not be access to attic in garage as it reserved for staff only ! Other things to note Exterior cameras around property will be recording video and audio continuously during entire stay and must not be tampered with via disabling wifi, covering them up or any other manner, you will be asked to leave without refund if you do. Cameras are for security and insurance purposes. Also stone on side of property is not completed. Property has well water with multiple water filter systems and septic tank. Bottle water is recommended but we do have a reverse osmosis filtration system on refrigerator spout. Being the fact that property has septic tank nothing can be flushed down drain but toilet tissue and waste. Baby wipes , feminine products , paper towels etc. will clog pipes and result in guest to pay for repairs. Also being that property is located on a lake and woodsy area no refunds or discounts will be issued for bugs and rodents, although we take preventative measures to mitigate them there is a possibility of an occurrence. Pets are not allowed to be left alone or unattended under any circumstances and must be caged if left alone in property. Dog waste must be promptly picked up and disposed of in main waste container in the garage.
