Walking distance to park, public pool, and library. The space 🛏️ Cozy Quarters is a peaceful one-bedroom suite with its own entrance, private bathroom, closet, and desk. It’s part of the main house, but completely closed off from the rest of the home for your privacy. You’ll also enjoy a lovely outdoor area with a porch swing, inflatable spa tub, outdoor dining area, BBQ, and a covered porch with a mini fridge. Guest access 🚪 Guests have private keyless entry, a designated gravel parking area on Madrone Street, and access to their own outdoor space with porch swing, dining area, fridge, spa tub, and BBQ. Cozy Quarters is a private guest suite within the main house, but fully separated from the rest of the home. The interior door to the main house is blocked off for your privacy. Your private entrance is on Madrone Street, while the main house entrance is on Fir Street. Guests have exclusive access to the suite, outdoor seating, spa tub, and gravel parking area. During your stay 🙋 You’ll have complete privacy, but Georgia (your host) lives quietly on-site and is available if you need anything. Kim, the co-host, is also available by phone or text to answer questions and offer local recommendations.
