Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Up to one (1) dog is allowed at this home with the express consent of owner. If an unauthorized pet is brought on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement and may be removed from property without refund. There is a 1 dog limit, and a $100 one time pet fee will be charged. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Guest access You will have access to the entire property.
