The house is in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for family get aways. There’s no better way to end your day exploring this amazing area than by sitting at the fire pit under the stars. This house comes complete with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, ensuring everyone in your group has their own space to unwind. The space Upstairs Kitchen - Fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and plenty of dishes and flatware. Full size fridge with water and ice. Other items include: Keurig and standard coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and crockpot. Main Area - Open area with high ceilings, fire place and large TV with Firestick. Expansive dining table that can seat up to 12. There is a door to the deck off of the dinning area and a great place to enjoy company or a morning coffee. Master - King Bed, ceiling fan, closet, dresser, and ensuite bathroom. Second Bedroom - Queen bed, ceiling fan, and closet. Third Bedroom-Twin bed, ceiling fan, and closet (Pack and Play located inside). Bathrooms: ensuite in master, full off of living room and half bath Downstairs Main Area: Huge sectional couch and Large TV with Firestick. Ping pong table and area for kids games. Couch can be used as an alternate bed, please use sheets provided. Fourth Bedroom: Queen, with closet. Fifth Bedroom: Twin, with two closets. There is also a queen sized air mattress located in the closet. Sixth Bedroom: Full Bed, with closet. Bathrooms: One full bath. Outside The house has a large half acre fenced in back yard. The area features a large patio, propane grill, hot tub and firepit (bring own wood). Enjoy relaxing evenings and spirited competitions with the provided yard games. Guest access Guests have full access to the entirety of the house. Other things to note This a quiet neighborhood with families. We ask that you keep the neighborhood rules, mainly no Parties or noise between 10PM-7AM. House does have several bikes, including a retro tandem bike. Guests are welcome to use these and just ask you insure tires are full and you wear provided or personal helmets. These are used at the guests own risk.
