Let us know if you would like to reserve one! (The parking garage's clearance is 6 feet, 6 inches.) -Freshly renovated, lower-level condo complete right across the bay from downtown San Diego with a king-sized bed and a queen sleeper sofa for 2 more guests. -Enjoy the at-home movie experience with the Smart TV in the living room. -Enjoy the private bathroom, work desk, and fully-equipped kitchen. -Kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and coffee maker. -Relaxing patio out back to enjoy under the Cali sun. -There is a shared coin washer and dryer at the complex for the unit. -There are mini splits that provide AC Nestled in the famous Coronado Village, the neighborhood is surrounded by shopping centers, fabulous restaurants, coffee houses, shopping, and only a couple blocks from the famous Coronado white sandy beaches. We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay: -All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the decibel volume of noise. -Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience! ---We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please help us out and do not remove/unplug any hardware at the property, as this may incur additional fees. ----Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside.
