The back garden is fully fenced & the veranda is gated. Off street parking & carport. The space Fresh & modern throughout, 'Luv Shack' enjoys an open plan living area with reverse cycle heating & cooling + dining & kitchen with the side covered deck. The well equipped kitchen has electric cooking & dishwasher. There are 4 bedrooms to accommodate 6 guests (master with queen bed & ensuite bathroom), a 2nd queen bedroom, 2 single bedrooms & a 2nd tiled bathroom. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Guest access Off street guest parking for your car & boat is provided in the driveway and single carport. The entire main house is available to guests with the exception of a locked off supply storage cupboard. For your arrival, we would be happy to meet you at the property (business hours Monday-Friday & Saturdays until 3pm) or simply leave keys available for you in the lock box located at the property. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭; A refundable guest security deposit of $500.00 applies at Luv Shack Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.  𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬; must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking.
