Apalachicola Oyster House w/ New Dock

The Oyster House is a waterfront fishing paradise for those looking for a serene and peaceful cottage w/ newly built private dock on the bay that has gas powered golf cart for rent @ $55/day and 4 crab traps located at the dock that you can bait. The living area of the Oyster House is one open space with 2 beds, a couch, and kitchen/dining area with a separate bathroom/stand-up shower. Just 2 miles from downtown restaurants and shopping waterfront. St. George Island’s sandy beaches a mins away The space A pet friendly rustic studio-style cottage overlooking the Apalachicola Bay. Smoking is not allowed inside but is acceptable outside providing butts are discarded properly. The house is set up with a king size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa that can sleep up to 4 people. ******PETS**** House trained , well behaved fur babies stay for $25 up to 2 pets/1 fee. Would like to keep at 2 max, but case by case considered. The Oyster House has a nice, big yard if you have a dog. Just bring a tie out and a runner to keep them off of Hwy 98 as there is no fence. There is a tie out in the yard if you find it satisfactory to use at your own risk. Please clean up waste after pups! 😀 $25 pet fee Guest access Guest have access to the oyster house, the oyster refinery attached to the cottage as well as the fishing dock and there are crab traps that you can bait for blue crab. 🦀 Other things to note Not suitable for young children due to the deck and dock will not prevent small children from falling causing bodily harm or drowning.
