The three-storey accommodation consists of a total of 3 residential units and each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and a total of 7 bedrooms with space for 16 people. Each unit is also equipped with WiFi (suitable for video calls), a work area for home office, underfloor heating and a Smart TV. A baby crib and high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a garden, 2 covered terraces and 2 balconies. The accommodation offers an ideal location for various sporting activities in the Sarntal Alps. Various stores and restaurants are within walking distance and Bolzano/Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car. A parking lot is available on the property, further free parking spaces are available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The doors are wide and easy to reach. This accommodation has recycling rules, further information is available on site.
