Conveniently located between Fairbanks and North Pole, this private apartment is a great home base for exploring Interior Alaska. The space We created this space with our guests’ comfort and necessities in mind! 🛋️55” Smart TV in living room with Roku device (complimentary YouTube TV), electric fireplace, and 4-seater sectional with pullout option to put your feet up or use as a sofa bed. Many board games to choose from and toys for kids! 🛏️ 1 bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen. Both rooms are equipped with a box fan, extra linens, blankets, and pillows. 🥘Fully-stocked kitchen with complimentary snacks and chilled water bottles to get the trip started. There’s also a fully-stocked coffee bar with multiple hot drink options. 🛁Full bathroom with deep soaking tub and complimentary toiletries. 🎱The private attached garage is being used for laundry option and a game room with a pool/ping pong table and dart board. 🏕️Outside on the porch is a propane firepit and patio furniture. Just a step off of the porch is a five person private hot tub to relax and unwind. Fully fenced-in yard; a privacy fence out front and one dividing the yard in the back, with wire fencing encasing the rest of the yard. Important things to note: 📌No 3rd party bookings. The person who is booking must also be the person staying. 📌 Please carefully follow all house and hot tub rules. 📌 Parties or events will not be tolerated. 📌 2 dogs maximum are welcome with additional pet fee. 📌 There is a doorbell camera at the main front door and a camera at the front of the duplex overlooking the driveway for added security of our guests and our property. Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with an additional pet fee. To help us keep the apartment comfortable and well cared for, dogs must be fully house/potty trained and kennel trained. Dogs should be kenneled when left unattended in the apartment. No puppies, please. If you’re traveling with a dog, please include them on your reservation and let us know a little about them when booking. Guest access Guests have a private entrance with a keyless door code entry. All amenities listed are for private-use of guests staying in this unit. There are no shared amenities with the unit next door! Other things to note - We have well water with a softener on this property. It is potable, but we choose to drink bottled water. We provide some bottled water for our guests to get you started! As most of North Pole and Fairbanks homes outside of city limits are on a private well, you may experience what can be described as a “sulfur-like” smell to the water.
