Our spacious luxury home is the ideal tranquil setting to relax w/ friends & family while enjoying the elevated panoramic mtn, town & ocean views. Designed to be your home away from home-4 bdrms, 3.5 bathrooms, a modern well equipped kitchen w/ breakfast bar & a dining rm for a formal dinner or casual gathering. A short scenic stroll brings you to Dingle town. Kindly note absolutely NO parties, NO smoking & NO pets as the owners have severe allergies. The space Our holiday home is in a quiet tranquil setting conveniently located just a short stroll from Dingle town with 29 pubs, lots of restaurants, activities and shopping. The views from each of the 4 bedrooms are very special. The 2 front bedrooms have elevated views of the sea and town. The 2 back bedrooms have unobstructed views of rolling hills with sheep and picturesque mountains. If you like to cook and bake we have a well equipped spacious kitchen. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair located in the main master bedroom with a TV. There are board games and books for the kids. We also have a collection of Irish movies and books about the area for interesting leisure reading. There are also many walks and hikes from every direction. We love to walk past the Skellig Hotel along the water, past the cows and tower to the “secret” beach. We are happy to share our personal recommendations. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house. Other things to note This is a gorgeous luxury holiday home away from home designed with heart from our family for other families and friend groups to also enjoy. The Wifi is included free of charge with your booking. We’ve never had any issues with the wifi or any guest concerns but we must note that we cannot be held responsible for any wifi interruptions that are beyond our control. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for an additional fee of €125 paid by you directly to the cleaner. Any stays over 2 weeks will require a mid-stay clean for an additional fee of €125 paid by you directly to the cleaner. We are happy to send you our personalized list of recommendations for taxi’s, tours, restaurants, pubs, kids activities, etc. Dingle is a wonderful destination with so much to do! Minimum age requirement to book is 25. We may require guests to provide a valid government-issued ID in order to book and we may check the ID before check in. Kindly note: 8 person maximum NO parties or events NO pets (owners have severe allergies - €500 minimum fine (per 2 day booking) if you bring a pet in the house) NO smoking of any kind inside the house (you will be fined €500 if you smoke in the house)
