The space This modern and brand new one-bedroom apartment for 4 with a spacious balcony is situated near Praia da Rocha, in the lively beach town Portimão. It's part of a recently built apartment complex with a shared pool and garden and parking is included within the gates. Less than 10 minutes walking distance (750 m) from the main beach Praia da Rocha. Due to it's central location, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants near the apartment. On entering the property, you walk into a bright open-plan living and dining area, which leads onto the private balcony. Here you have an outdoor table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sun. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a queen-sized double bed and a double sofa-bed in the living room. It's perfect for families with children or two responsible couples. Guest access The apartment is all yours during your stay. The apartment is on the first floor, there is an elevator and stairs. Late arrivals must be agreed upon before booking! Extra payment at arrival might be required. 9-11pm 30 euros and 11-12pm 50 euros. Check-in after midnight is not possible. ➤ Check-out time: before 10 am SEF REQUIREMENTS.
