Guest access The house is accessed by a wifi smart lock that can be used by code or app. Entire 1st and 2nd Floors, fully fenced backyard (shared) and front porch. 3rd Floor Penthouse (NOT INCLUDED) has entry through exterior backyard stairs. The interior door connecting 3rd floor penthouse is locked at all times separating the house from the penthouse. *You may hear some noise from the upstairs guests*. Other things to note This is an urban, mixed-income neighborhood undergoing a lot of change, with brand-new homes being built right next to existing older ones. I've always felt safe here, but if you are sensitive to noise or unaccustomed to city living, this may not be the right place for you. PLEASE NOTE: We take guest security and safety seriously.
