The Master bedroom is having a king-size bed and private bathroom, with a spectacular unique Ocean view. The other big 3 bedrooms are having queen size beds and a private bathroom, for each one. Each room has its own Smart TV, A/C, and fans. The kitchen comes with all the necessary cooking utensils needed to cook a delicious meal. You can sit on top of bar stools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 7 people at once. The sliding doors in the living room and the bedrooms open up wide to the balcony where the breeze flows through generously. The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. A washer, dryer, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi are in the unit available for your use. Guest access Grand Venetian's entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7. There are 4 pools to choose from including 2 common jacuzzies, 2 large beachfront infinity pools with amazing views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating, and beach activities. Underground parking, fully equipped gym, tennis courts, and game room are included in addition. Other things to note RULES OF INTERNAL ORDER: *ANY KIND OF PARTY IS COMPLETELY FORBIDDEN; *building entrance under video survillance; *number of people to be the same one as in the confirmed reservation; *disturbing the neighbours is forbidden between 10:00pm-8:00am(producing any noise with musical instrument at high intensity, any uproar, would lead into reservation cancellation, in conculsion being asked to leave our location, losing the whole amount paid for reservation.
