Apartments Gracin Studio Apartment with Terrace

A traditional Dalmatian house, made of stone, in a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and 950 meters from the center of Povlja. Three one-bedroom and one studio apartments (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house. The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old. The space The third person or two children sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch in each of the apartments can be easily converted into a spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m. Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, a separate entrance, a shaded terrace with furniture, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and living room in one larger room, as well as a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, safe box, bed linen, towels, pots, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery, and kettle are standard equipment for each apartment.
