Located in the peaceful village of LLanbedr North Wales with easy access to spacious sandy beaches and the outstanding Snowdonia National Park The space Phoenix Lodge has 3 beautiful rooms each with ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom One is the Master Bedroom located upstairs with a king bed. The ensuite comprises of a shower enclosure, sink and toilet. Bedroom Two is a Double Bedroom with a double sofa bed (recommended for children in host opinion) The ensuite comprises of a shower enclosure, sink and toilet. This room also has a walkout Balcony with seating to enjoy the view of the garden and beyond. Bedroom Three is a King Bed located downstairs. The ensuite bathroom comprises of a Bath with a shower screen, sink and toilet. Guest access Guests are able to use the whole property including two parking spaces on the driveway in from of the Lodge.
